Project Description
The availability of renewable energy sources is one benefit of constructing a home near the ocean. We constantly have access to the cooling sea breeze because we live near the beach. The addition of a sliding glass door and sizable windows that typically open to the opposite side helped us increase the airflow in our beach house. This enhances air circulation in our home and keeps indoor air from becoming stagnant.
Our beach property also has a superb installation of huge, low-emissivity windows, which are more energy-efficient. Additionally, the glass used in these kinds of windows emits very little heat into the room. For the purpose of reflecting long-wave infrared radiation, the glass frequently contains a thin, clear covering. We will also get the view we want if we have large windows with low emissivity. Angled windows frequently provide additional light into your home.
As we are developing villas in a coastal area, we should be ready to handle frequent and intense rainfall. However, it isn't ideal to let the rainfall pour down the roof and flood the neighborhood. To collect and store the water, we instead set up a rainwater harvesting system. We also utilize the water for washing and gardening, among other things.
